Great weekend diving with the guys from Cardiff university. First of all I would like to congratulate Katie and Sarah from Cardiff University Scientific Diving Club for passing their Advanced Open Water Diving Course. They did extremely well, the water tempersture was 12 degrees and the air temperature the same. They completed three dives on the Saturday peak Performance bouyancy, Naturalist and Navigation and then 2 dives on the Sunday – Wreck dive and deep Dive. They completed them all successfully and now are the newest Advanced Divers in the scientific diving society at Cardiff University so very well done.
We also had Gareth attending the weekend from swansea and he completed his Dry Suit speciality course, first of all he completed a swimming pool diving session at Morriston swimming pool in Swansea and then completed 2 dives at Chepstow to pass his dry suit speciality course, so again well done to Gareth and all the guys.
