The sea state should be smoother even for experienced divers. Conditions are looking un-suitable for the next few days and unsafe in some regions. Sites close to Cardiff, Swansea, Carmarthen will all have the harder conditions and limited visibility and the West Wales sites such as Martins Haven and Site Brides bay the better conditions and visibility all round. The swell is due to pick up by the end of the week and may cause more turbulent diving conditions in the region. There is diving in areas close to Cardiff, Swansea, South Wales, West Wales
