Scuba Diving Wales, South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, West Wales 11th February 2021- Firstly its very cold, secondly there are big swells across South Wales, Big Easterly Winds and sizable tides, again not the best for sea diving in South Wales near to Cardiff, Swansea, camarthen, up to West Wales. The diving conditions are not suitable throughout the region and the visibility will be very low. The weather is changing from Monday onwards. The government lock down policies are now changing daily and there are new restrictions on several sites, please follow the government legislation and restrictions for the day.

SEA STATE and SWELL - The winds are mainly offshore and very strong, the swell is between 5 - 9 foot through the week. With offshore strong winds and the swell the inshore conditions will be clean but with large swell. Offshore waters will be choppier the further offshore into the channel.
