Scuba Diving Wales, South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Carmarthenshire 23rd April 2020- Beginning of the week starts off with the fresh easterly offshore winds giving all round good inshore conditions. Should be the better days to dive for the next few days with offshore or light winds and small swells. May change Wednesday next week as the wind picks up Southerly and creates choppy sea conditions on Wednesday and Thursday next week. The government lock down is still in place so please do not travel to dive sites this is a guide of conditions only.
PADI and SSI Open Water Diver courses in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and South Wales - All our PADI and SSI courses are being run remotely at the moment due to the social distancing policy. Both SSI and PADI Open Water diver courses are run online which is completed prior to the practical pool training session.

Swell 4 Foot / Sunday 26th April Wind 7 S . Swell 3 Foot / Monday 27th April Wind 13 W . Swell 2 Foot / Tuesday 28th April Wind 13 W . Swell 2 Foot / Wednesday 29th April Wind 26 S . Swell 2 Foot . Winds are Easterly up to Sunday and then changing to the usual Westerly and Southerlies. Swell is constant through the week but dropping after the weekend.

SEA STATE and SWELL - Easterly winds up untill Sunday giving calm inshore sea states. Winds will pick up on Wednesday and Thursday next week giving choppy inshore seas.
