Scuba Diving Wales, South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Carmarthenshire 16th April 2020- Another week with offshore Easterly winds, dry weather and inshore calm conditions. Should be good inshore diving conditions through the next few days, low swell, offshore breezes, good entrance and exit conditions. There has also been a good few days of light offshore winds and low swells so visibility could be good through out the area. The difficulty will be down to accessing the sites due to the government lockdown and banning of non-essential travel through the country.

PADI and SSI Open Water Diver courses in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and South Wales - All our PADI and SSI courses are being run remotely at the moment due to the social distancing policy. Both SSI and PADI Open Water diver courses are run online which is completed prior to the practical pool training session.

WIND and SWELL - Wednesday 15th April / Thursday 16th April Wind 20 E - Swell 3 Foot / Friday 17th April Wind 28 E - Swell 3 Foot / Saturday 18th April Wind 15 E - Swell 2 Foot / Sunday 19th April Wind 14 E - Swell 1 Foot S / Monday 20th April Wind 21 E - Swell 2 Foot / Tuesday 21st April Wind 22 E - Swell 3 Foot / Wednesday 22nd April Wind 15 E - Swell 4 Foot. Winds are predominantly Easterlies with offshore wind conditions creating good calm inshore conditions.

RAIN FALL - Little rainfall again this week with the only real downpour on Friday and clearing up through the week.
SEA STATE and SWELL - Easterly winds and low swell will give good calm inshore sea conditions throughout the week.
