WEATHER -   Dry settled weather nearly all week, temperatures are rising up to 17 degrees and the wind is Easterly which may make feel a little cooler. Highest winds from Sunday on wards causing possible lower temperture feeling (

WIND -  No major winds over the next few days, Tuesday may be the highest forecaste with up to 20 mph Easterlies. The main direction is East so offshore winds for most Surf areas
SEA STATE and SWELL -   Inshore on the Westerly beaches will be very still and calm, Easterly beaches will get onshore choppy conditions especially Monday onwards. Swell is consistanly 3 - 4 feet through the week(

The weather and the wind conditions look good at the moment for Westerly facing sites, the only issue may be the swell which is consistent 2 - 5 feet. The visibility will be minimal and inshore conditions not the best. May be accessible in some very protected areas such as Stackpole Quay in Camarthenshire. Local Cardiff and Swansea sites may have too much swell to work.

We are running the PADI Open Water Diver Course this weekend at Hebron Hall on the outskirts of Cardiff. Students from accross South Wales will be heading to the confined Water training session to complete the PADI course. We are also running the PADI Divemaster course as part of the continuing educational programme.
