The weather and the wind conditions look good at the moment for Westerly facing sites, the only issue may be the swell which is consistent 2 - 5 feet. The visibility will be minimal and inshore conditions not the best. May be accessible in some very protected areas such as Stackpole Quay in Camarthenshire. Local Cardiff and Swansea sites may have too much swell to work.

We are running the PADI Open Water Diver Course this weekend at Hebron Hall on the outskirts of Cardiff.
