Light Easterly winds, small swells, calm inshore waters. small neap tides all looks very good for Scuba Diving in Cardiff, Swansea, Llanelli, Camarthen areas. The better tide times would be at the top of the tide for the better inshore water conditions and also on the incoming tides and the first hour possibly two on the dropping tides. Low winds, flat swells and dry weather are all serving as suitable conditions across the region. The swell is down to 1 - 2 foot in South Wales and flat in West Wales so entrance and egress will all be good.
