WEATHER - Wet, windy and wild for the week ahead. Strong winds and rain coming in from the West and South West causing problems. Friday and Sunday may be the only dry days with the rest of the week being wet. Strong winds in from the West and South West. Temperatures are higher than average between 11 and 4 degrees. WIND -  High Westerly and Southerly winds for the next few days, winds especially high on Thursday and Saturday up to 37 mph and also Tuesday up to 40mph. High winds predominantly Westerly and blowing through the channel.
SEA STATE and SWELL -  Very Stormy sea states for most days especially Saturday and Tuesday with high South Westerly winds up to 40mph. Big Westerly winds will effect offshore and inshore conditions with stormy conditions and rough sea state all week.

SCUBA DIVING WALES, SOUTH WALES CARDIFF, SWANSEA, LLANELLI, CARMARTHENSHIRE - Poor Open Water Diving Sea conditions again this week, winter is definitely taking hold of the diving conditions in the area. High winds, stormy Seas, big swells, big surf, poor visibility creating poor diving conditions across the South Wales region covering Cardiff, Swansea, Carmarthenshire. Conditions will be more suitable inland protected from the winter conditions.
