The sea state should be manageable for experienced divers and looking better on Tuesday as the swell drops to low and the winds are predominantly off shore across the South wales region. Sites close to Cardiff, Swansea, Camarthen will all have the harder conditions and limited visibility and the West Wales sites such as Martins Haven and Site Brides bay the better conditions and visibility all round. The swell is due to pick up by the end of the week and may cause more turbulent diving conditions in the region.

The wind and conditions have been suitable for scuba diving over the past few days, the only issue would be the swell which would affect the visibility in certain areas. The better areas to dive will be in West Wales such as Martins Haven, St Brides Bay, Abercastle and towards St Davids. The tides are early morning and later on the evenings and with the late light there will be two opportunities to get in the water for a dive. West Wales will have the better conditions especially Martins Haven and Saint Brides bay. Local areas close to Cardiff and Swansea will have limited visibility. There is still a swell around and some days will see stronger wind conditions. The better areas may be towards Swansea specifically Oxwich Bay. Light Easterly winds, small swells, calm inshore waters. small neap tides all looks very good for Scuba Diving in Cardiff, Swansea, Llanelli, Camarthen areas.
